Welcome back to another school year. We have 21 students in our class this year with 11 in Grade 3 and 10 in Grade 4. I am looking forward to a very exciting year with the students.

 LANGUAGE ARTS - Daily silent reading and sentence editing. Spelling pretest (Mon.) and test on Friday. Other spelling activities during the week. Reading is short stories with comprehension questions plus two novels during the year. Grammar will cover the basic parts of speech, capitals, punctuation, editing, etc. Writing will be learning the proper way to construct a good paragraph. Handwriting is done in their editing books.
